In a galaxy far, far away, I was a software engineer and a manager at IBM. I left IBM and my career in 1998 to stay at home with my two young sons. During my stay-at-home years, I volunteered in a variety of positions and chaired a number of events, but was always drawn to work efforts on the computer. A few years ago, with empty nest syndrome on the horizon, I decided to re-invent myself and started taking classes and exploring the idea of becoming a freelance web developer. Since then I have taken courses in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dream Weaver, WordPress, HTML and CSS.
I can help you from start to finish (from setting up your domain name and finding a hosting site, to designing your logo, launching your website, and getting your website discovered by Google.) In order to continue keeping my family as my number one priority, I will only work on the design of one or two websites at a time.
